Emma

Emma is a bride currently in the throes of planning. A Brisbane girl by birth, she spent her teens and early twenties living in Melbourne as a pseudo only child before moving to Canberra for work. There she met her future husband during a speed dating event where they were both wingmen for friends. An editor by training and public servant by day, she has found her true passion lies in weddings and wedding planning. Rather than becoming consumed by planning, she decided to direct her new obsession towards blogging about it instead.

Nic is a professional marketer and event planner. She's also mumma to two cheeky daughters so has gone from professional to expert multitasker. She had a fabulous offbeat traditional wedding in Brisbane back in 2009. Having planned many professional events, she's also helped several friends through the rigmarole of wedding planning. Nic is passionate about events and gets a real kick out of it when an event runs smoothly!
